Support Channels

Support is provided via the MyPhotoApp ticketing system.   You can create a support ticket from the contact form on the MyPhotoApp site, or by clicking the help button in the upper right hand corner of the builder screen.  Ticketing support is included with your MyPhotoApp subscription.

Telephone support is available as a premium support option.  The cost is $50 per incident.  To initiate a telephone support call, open a support ticket with your request.
